Pawsitive Reinforcement

Pawsitive Reinforcement is a comprehensive dog training class designed for dogs aged 6 months and older with little or no training to establish a strong foundation of obedience and positive behavior using reinforcement techniques.  Over the course of seven weeks, participants will be introduced to basic commands such as sit, stay and down, while emphasizing positive reinforcement methods.  Each week focuses on a specific aspect of training, including leash walking, focus training, recall, impulse control, polite greetings, stay commands, and advanced command and tricks.  The class concludes with a graduation ceremony, final evaluations, and the provision of resources for continued learning and skill development.  With a structured curriculum and interactive sessions, this class aims to enhance the bond between dogs and their owners while promoting good manners, obedience, and mental stimulation for our furry friends.  This seven week course will be held on Saturday mornings.

Students should bring their dogs on a regular (not retractable leash) and make sure they have plenty of treats for class.
